Lot 64 is a township in Kings County, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is part of St. Andrew's Parish. There were only three settler families in the Murray Harbour area in the 1798 census, who were Loyalists, and they were followed by a notable migration of early settlers from Guernsey in 1806. Lot 64 was awarded to Colonel Richard Maitland in the 1767 land lottery. By 1797, it had been sold to John Cambridge and Co., the largest landowner on the island.
