Lorundrostat is an aldosterone synthase inhibitor developed by Mineralys Therapeutics for high blood pressure. In clinical trials as an add-on medication for people with uncontrolled hypertension, decreased renin and elevated aldosterone it significantly reduced blood pressure. Hyperkalemia occurred in some trial participants.
