Lord Randolph Henry Spencer-Churchill was a British aristocrat and politician. Churchill was a Tory radical and coined the term 'Tory democracy'. He participated in the creation of the National Union of the Conservative Party. He became Secretary of State for India, and later was Chancellor of the Exchequer.
