Longleng district (Pron:/ˈlɒŋˌlɛŋ/) is a hilly district located in the northern part of the Indian state of Nagaland. It is home to the Phom Nagas. Its headquarter is the Longleng town. The boundary of the district is well demarcated by natural rivers such as the Dikhu river. It is bounded by Mon district in the east; Assam in the north; Tuensang district in the south; and Mokokchung district in the west.
