Liu Xinyuan, or Xin-Yuan Liu, is a Chinese molecular biologist. He is a professor of the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology and the founding director of the Xinyuan Institute of Medicine and Biotechnology at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. His research is focussed on cancer, super interferon therapy, and gene therapy.
