Araba/Álava is a province in the autonomous community of the Basque Country, Spain that is divided into 51 municipalities. According to the 2023 Spanish census, the province is the 37th largest by population with 336,308 inhabitants but is the 48th largest by land area spanning 2,967.86 square kilometres (1,145.90 sq mi).
