Lictor perspicuus is a species of jumping spider in the genus Lictor that lives in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Ivory Coast. The species was first described in 2013 by Konrad Wiśniewski and Wanda Wesołowska. Initially allocated to the genus Thiratoscirtus, it was moved to its current status in 2023.
