Li Dak-sum, GBM, JP is a Hong Kong-based entrepreneur and philanthropist. Li received his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Fudan University in Chongqing, PRC in 1945. He is the Chairman of Sharp-Roxy Limited, Sharp-Roxy Corporation (Malaysia) SDN. BHD, and The Carlton Group of Hotels. Li also serves as the Chairman of various hotel operations in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. He was also an independent non-executive director of the Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) from 1995 to 2009,
