Île Milliau is an island on the coast of Brittany, France, in the commune of Trébeurden. It is the property of the Conservatoire du littoral. It is a short distance west of the port of Trébeurden, and is accessible on foot at low tide. Its length is about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) and is about 23 hectares in area. There is moorland, with ferns and maritime shrubs.
