Lars Rønningen is a retired Norwegian sport wrestler. He won the European Championship in 1988 and 1992. He was born in Oslo, and represented the sports clubs Kolbotn IL, SK av 1909 and Oslo BK. He is a brother of Jon Rønningen. Competing mostly in the light-flyweight division, he had success at the European Championships, where he finished fourth in 1982 and 1986, won in 1988 and 1992 and finished fourth again in 1993.
