Sir Lancelot Graham, KCSI, KCIE (1880–1958) was an Indian civil servant during the British Raj. He served as the first Governor of Sind from 1 April 1936 to 31 March 1941. During his governorship, in order to encourage notables of the province, letters of appreciation were issued to various politicians and landlords of Sind for their public service to their territories and the country as a whole. One of his principal advisers was Sir Shah Nawaz Bhutto, father of the later prime minister of Pakis
