text: Lake Solina is an artificial lake in the Bieszczady Mountains region, in Lesko County of the Subcarpathian Voivodship, Poland. Created in 1968, it is Poland's largest artificial lake as well as a major tourist attraction of the region. The Solina Dam constructed in order to create the lake is also Poland's tallest dam and is used to produce hydroelectric power.
