The Lagoa–Barra Highway, officially named Engenheiro Fernando Mac Dowell Highway in honour of Fernando Mac Dowell, is a highway linking Gávea and Barra da Tijuca in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The highway was opened in 1971.
