Krzywe is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Suwałki, within Suwałki County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Suwałki and 108 km (67 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok. The seat of the Wigry National Park is located in Krzywe. During the German occupation of Poland, in 1940, the Germans murdered Antoni Romuald Jałbrzykowski, a Polish parish priest from Bakałarzewo, in the forest near the village as part of t
