Kristin van Zwieten is the Clifford Chance Professor of Law and Finance at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford and the Gullifer Fellow at Harris Manchester College, Oxford. She was previously a fellow at Trinity Hall at the University of Cambridge. She is currently Director of the Commercial Law Centre, Harris Manchester College and was the Associate Dean for Equality and Diversity at the Oxford Law Faculty until 2024. She is also a founding editor of the Oxford Business Law Blog and
