Kosikhinsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the krai. The area of the district is 1,877 square kilometers (725 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality of Kosikha. Population: 17,927 (2010 Russian census); 20,494 (2002 Census); 21,863 (1989 Soviet census). The population of the administrative center accounts for 29.2% of the district's total population.
