Konstantin Pavlovich Voskoboinik was a Russian Axis collaborator politician and military commander who served as the first burgomaster of the Lokot Autonomy, a collaborationist autonomy established in German-occupied areas of Russia. He was a close friend and associate of Bronislav Kaminski, who succeeded him as leader.
