Konstantin Andriushin is a Kyrgyz former swimmer, who specialized in butterfly events. He is a two-time Olympian, and a member of the Kyrgyzstan swimming team since the breakup of the Soviet Union. In March 2000, Andriushin became one of the 44 candidates to be elected to the IOC Athletes' Commission, but he was shortlisted. Andriushin made his Olympic debut for Kyrgyzstan at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. He failed to reach the top 16 final in the 200 m butterfly, finishing only in twenty
