Konrad Józef Pałubicki (1910–1992) was a Polish composer, a musicologist, a teacher, a cultural activist and animator of musical life in Gdańsk and Bydgoszcz. He created the hymn of Bydgoszcz. He taught at the Academy of Music in Gdańsk and the Institute of Music Education of the Higher Pedagogical School in Bydgoszcz.
