Kjell Gotfred Bohlin was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was born in Røros. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway from Telemark in 1977, and was re-elected on two occasions. He had previously served as a deputy representative from 1969 to 1973. On the local level Bohlin was deputy mayor of Bamble municipality from 1963 to 1970, and then mayor from 1971 to 1981.
