King Yi of Yan, personal name unknown, was a ruler of the Yan state. He ruled as duke from 331 BC to 323 BC, then as king from 323 BC until his death in 321 BC. He was the son of Duke Wen II of Yan (燕後文公). He came to the throne after his father's death, in the same year, Yan was attacked by the Qi state and lost ten cities.
