Karolówka is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubaczów, within Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Lubaczów and 85 km (53 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
