Karen Weaver is an American psychologist and politician who was the mayor of Flint, Michigan, from 2015 to 2019. She was the first female mayor of the city and the fifth African-American to hold the office. Weaver is a member of the Democratic Party, although local offices in Flint are officially nonpartisan.
