Kaliska is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kartuzy, within Kartuzy County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Kartuzy and 27 km (17 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk. It is located within the ethnocultural region of Kashubia in the historic region of Pomerania. During the German occupation of Poland, the Kaliska forest was the site of large massacres of Poles, carried out by the Germans from September to November
