Joseph Ndunguru is a Molecular Plant Virologist, working for the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in Tanzania at Mikocheni Agricultural Research Institute (MARI) in Mikocheni, as the Officer in Charge from 2012 to date.
