Joseph E. Carrico was an American management consultant and tennis official. He was the president of the United States Tennis Association from 1979 to 1980. He was a strong proponent of letting the South African team compete in the Davis Cup despite anti-apartheid backlash. He was inducted into the Chicago Tennis Hall of Fame.
