Jogendra Sharma is a Delhi based CPI(M) leader. He is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and is also a Central Secretariat Member. He was the State Secretary of Delhi CPI(M) from 1985 to 1997. He came in contact with the CPM in 1969 through his college teachers, when he was in his 1st year in Delhi College in Delhi University.
