Major Sir Jocelyn Morton Lucas, 4th Baronet, was a British Conservative Party politician. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Portsmouth South in a by-election in 1939 and held the seat until he retired at the 1966 general election. Prior to his election, he had been the Portsmouth District Officer for Sir Oswald Mosley's British Union of Fascists. The son of Sir Edward Lingard Lucas, 3rd Baronet, by his marriage to Mary Helen Chance, Lucas was educated at Eton and the Royal Military
