Joan Phillip is a Canadian politician who has served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia for Vancouver-Mount Pleasant since 2023, as part of the NDP. An Indigenous leader and climate activist, Phillip grew up in North Vancouver and Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
