Jeffrey S. Williams is a writer and member of the Minnesota Civil War Commemoration Task Force that was authorized by Governor Mark Dayton in April 2011. Williams, a Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, is also the 2009 recipient of the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command's Print Journalist of the Year Award.
