Japan–Myanmar relations are the bilateral relations between Japan and Myanmar. It is sometimes referred to as Japan–Burma relations, based on Myanmar's former name Burma until 1989. Japan and Burma enjoyed good relations after the two country's 1954 peace treaty and World War II reparations agreement.
