James Joseph Hamula is an American attorney and former general authority of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Following church disciplinary action by the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, Hamula was released from his calling as a general authority and excommunicated from the LDS Church on August 8, 2017.
