Jalilvand is a village in Howmeh-ye Shomali Rural District, in the Central District of Eslamabad-e Gharb County, Kermanshah Province, Iran
The Jileh Van clan is one of the clans of the great Sanjabi tribe that migrated to this area from Poshtkuh Lorestan about four hundred and fifty years ago. There are 750 people, most of whom now live in Islamabad West. The religion of all the people of the village is Ahl-e-Haq and they belong to the Khamoushi family.
