Ivan Lyatyshevskyi was a Ukrainian Greek Catholic hierarch. He was an auxiliary bishop of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Ivano-Frankivsk and titular bishop of Adada from 1929 to 1957. He was born in Bohorodchany, Austrian-Hungarian Empire in 1879 in the family of Yulian and Anna Lyatyshevskyi and graduated of the Theology at Lviv University and University of Vienna. He then continued in the Collegium Canisianum and made a defence of the doctoral thesis in 1905. He was ordained a priest on 20
