The Irish Workers Group was a small Trotskyist political group in Ireland. The party was formed in 1976 as a breakaway from the Socialist Workers' Movement, taking a more rigorously Trotskyist line and stronger position on the North and women's rights. It was affiliated to the League for the Fifth International (L5I). The group was active in several places in Ireland, notably Dublin, Derry and Galway, and published a magazine called Class Struggle between 1977 and 1995, as well as publications o
