text: Indiana Medical College (1869–1905) was a medical school founded in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It eventually merged and became the School of Medicine of Purdue University (1905–1907), followed by another merge in 1908 into Indiana University School of Medicine. The former campus now serves as Emerson Hall at Indiana University, which houses their school of medicine. It was also known as the Medical College of Indiana for one year starting in 1878.
