The Independence—Alliance Party, a merger of the Alliance Party and the Independence Party, formerly the Reform Party of Minnesota (1996–2000), is a political party in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It was the party of former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura when he left the Reform Party. Originally an affiliate of the Reform Party, the IPM was later affiliated with the Independence Party of America and for a time had no national affiliation.
