Ikakogi ispacue is a species of amphibian in the Centrolenidae family, which can only be found in the northern Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in the department of Guajira, Colombia. It inhabits subtropical forests and is usually seen over vegetation and near streams. Adult males measure between 28.7 and 30.2 millimeters, and females between 29.5 and 30.6 millimeters.
