Idylle is a defunct restaurant in Zweeloo, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1997 and retained that rating until 2007. Owner and head chef of Idylle was Joop Zwiep. The restaurant regularly organized culinary test-events under the name "Proef op de Tong" in which chef Zwiep often mocked with standard culinary practices.
