Hypotrichosis–lymphedema–telangiectasia syndrome is a congenital syndrome characterized by lymphedema, the presence of telegiectasias, and hypotrichosis or alopecia. Lymphedema usually develops in the lower extremities during puberty. Hair is normal at birth, but usually lost during infancy.
