Hongchiba National Forest Park is one of the 26 national parks in Chongqing, China. It is located in the northwest of Wuxi, with a total area of about 253.8 square kilometers, and consists of six distinctive functional districts. Almost all these districts are virgin areas but part of the rest is under construction due to tourism service concerns. According to the etymology, the name of this park used today could be dated back to the Warring States Period, when it was named "Wanqinchi" and where
