Hoffland or Hovland is a village in Ålesund Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located on the western end of the island of Ellingsøya, about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) northeast of the town of Ålesund and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) west of the village of Myklebost. The 0.44-square-kilometre (110-acre) village has a population (2018) of 816 and a population density of 1,855 inhabitants per square kilometre (4,800/sq mi).
