Health Books International is an international non-profit organisation that was set up in Britain in 1965 by Professor David Morley (paediatrician). Until it merged with Practical Action publishing, HBI was registered with the Charity Commission and also with Companies House in the UK. In January 2017 the charity changed its name from TALC to Health Books International.
