He Zhenliang was a Chinese politician and diplomat. He served as vice-president of the International Olympic Committee, the chairman of the International Olympic Committee's Culture and Olympic Education Commission, the president of the Chinese Olympic Committee and an executive of the Organizing Committee for the 2008 Summer Olympics.
