Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, who joined the Madressa in 1887, became among the school's famous graduates. Other notable graduates of the school include Shahnawaz Bhutto, Abdullah Haroon, Ghulam Hussain Hidayatullah and Allama I.I. Kazi.
