Harry Donival Dixon was an American politician in Waycross, Georgia. He was a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from 1962 to 2000. He was a member of the Democratic Party. Dixon was born in Brantley County, Georgia, on March 24, 1925. He grew up in a railroad family and worked as a locomotive engine man on the Atlantic Coast Line. In 1943, he entered U.S. Maritime Service and served in World War II. He was discharged in 1946, and returned to Waycross, Georgia, and the railroad compa
