Hans Zomer is CEO of Global Action Plan Ireland, an environmental organisation focused on behaviour change. Before that, he was the spokesperson for President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins. Previously he served as Director of Dóchas, the Irish national platform of Development NGOs.
