text: Guilhem Molinier or Moulinier was a medieval Occitan poet from Toulouse. His most notable work is Leys d'amors, a treatise on rhetoric and grammar that achieved great notoriety and, beyond the Occitan, influenced poets writing in Catalan as well as in Galician or Italian, for which they served as a reference.
