text: Grochowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kotla, within Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It is situated approximately 5 km (3 mi) north of Kotla, 15 km (9 mi) north of Głogów, and 102 km (63 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
