Graham Newcater is a South African composer. He in known for his use of serialism and twelve-tone technique. While several of his compositions use twelve-tone sets originally devised by Anton Webern, his predominant use of 2nd and 3rd music intervals gives his music what James May called a "highly individual" approach to serialism.
